Website terms
Terms of service.
Effective 4 October 2026. These terms cover use of this website; client work is governed by a separate written agreement.
Website information
The website describes The Process Automate’s capabilities, indicative pricing, and prior results. It does not create a client relationship, guarantee a result, or replace a signed proposal and service agreement.
Pricing and scope
Published “from” prices are starting points in US dollars unless stated otherwise. Final scope, timeline, dependencies, payment terms, ownership, support, and exclusions are confirmed in writing before paid work begins.
Prior results
Examples and metrics reflect prior employment or consulting engagements. They are provided as evidence of experience, not as a promise that another business will achieve the same outcome.
Intellectual property
The Process Automate owns this website’s original brand, copy, design, and materials unless otherwise stated. Client ownership and licenses for deliverables are defined in the applicable client agreement.
Acceptable use
You may not misuse the website, attempt unauthorized access, submit malicious content, interfere with operation, or copy materials for commercial reuse without permission.
Third-party services
The website and delivered systems may rely on third-party platforms. Their availability, terms, security, pricing, and features are controlled by those providers. The Process Automate does not guarantee uninterrupted third-party service.
Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, this website is provided on an “as available” basis. The Process Automate is not liable for indirect loss arising solely from use of, or reliance on, general website information.
Changes and governing terms
These website terms may change as the business evolves. A signed client agreement overrides website wording for the services covered by that agreement. Questions can be sent to info@theprocessautomate.com or through the contact page.
