The included Conversation AI agent is configured for one primary use case — typically lead qualification, appointment booking, or post-inquiry follow-up. The agent is trained on your business context, FAQs, and ideal conversation flow, then tested across SMS and webchat. It is designed to respond intelligently to inbound leads 24/7, book appointments directly into your calendar, and escalate to a human when needed.

Automation Scope

Up to 8 custom workflows covering the full lead lifecycle. Standard build includes: new lead intake & immediate multi-channel follow-up, AI handoff & qualification flow, appointment confirmation/reminder/no-show re-engagement, post-appointment follow-up & review request, pipeline stage trigger automations, and re-engagement campaign for cold leads.

Investment

$3,000 flat fee. Payment terms: 50% ($1,500) at kickoff, 50% ($1,500) upon delivery. Accepted via bank transfer or PayPal.
