The Growth Partner is a monthly retainer designed for businesses that want their GHL ecosystem actively managed, optimised, and grown — without having to think about it. Whether you have an existing GHL setup built by us or by someone else, this package puts an expert in your corner every month. This is the package that turns a one-time build into a long-term revenue asset. Most clients start with The Revenue Engine build and roll directly into The Growth Partner.

Monthly Deliverables

Performance Reporting

Each month you receive a GHL performance snapshot covering: total leads captured, pipeline conversion rates by stage, automation trigger & completion rates, AI agent conversation metrics, and top follow-up sequence open/response rates. Delivered as a concise Google Doc or PDF by the 5th of each month.

Contract Terms

• Minimum 3-month commitment, then month-to-month with 30-day written notice to cancel
• Payment due on the 1st of each month via bank transfer, PayPal, or recurring invoice
• Unused workflow credits do not roll over
• New retainer clients (not previously built by us) begin with a one-time System Audit ($250, credited toward month 1)
